Rosslyn那家Target附近交通便利的高档公寓 到GU GWU都很方便 具体信息如下 寻找安静卫生的女室友～
We are seeking a 3rd person to move into a 2 bedroom + 1 sunroom apartment together. The room available is the enclosed sunroom, which is a separated from the living room by a glass wall and door and can serve as a private bedroom; dimensions are 13x9 (see floorplan attached). The unit has two full bathrooms; the tenant in the sunroom will be sharing a bathroom with the tenant in the master bedroom. Plenty of storage space in the unit, which itself is very spacious as well.
The apartment is located in the high-end condo complex Belvedere, 7 minutes walk from the Rosslyn metro, well connected by 3 metro lines and many bus routes. I lived in the Rosslyn area for over 5 years and absolutely love how convenient the neighborhood is. Target and Safeway are also within 10 minutes of walk.
The rent is 750/month plus electricity and wifi/cable. Definitely a sweet deal - I once lived in a smaller sunroom in a similar apartment building in this area and paid 900+ for rent.
