The Center for Civic Engagement
and Public Service is Proud to Present Adopt-A-Family!
The holidays are fast approaching, and
it's that time of year for GW's annual Adopt-A-Family event. This year,
we have over 700 individuals in need, so we invite you to join us in supporting
our neighbors.
The deadline to adopt is November
27th and gifts will be due Tuesday, December 4th. With so many people
in need we invite you, along with your colleagues and friends, to adopt as many
people as you can. You will receive a wish list from each individual consisting
of a clothing gift, a household (adult) or educational (child) gift, and
a fun gift, totaling approximately $60 (about $20 per gift).
If you would like to Adopt-A-Family,
please sign
up TODAY. You will be adopting by the number of individuals, not by
families.
