We warmly welcome you to the 7th Annual NECBL tournament to be held on April 12th in Maryland . The current list of CSSA teams that have registered include : University of Pennsylvania, University of Rochester, Stevens Institute, University of Chicago, University of Delaware, Princeton University, Penn State, West Virginia University, Temple and many more composed of undergraduates, graduates, and alumni . In the past, we have had 20+ teams and some travelling from as far as Michigan and Purdue. Last year was at Penn State and 2012 was here in DC ... so we ARE BACK ! As you may or may not know, this is the 7th time we do this wonderful sporting event, and we hope you can join us this time since it is so close to you. Registration for 2014 NECBL has begun ! We have many teams that has expressed interest and hope to have a 20+ team tournament set within the next couple days , then a waitlist shall begin . The location will be in Maryland during April 12th so participating friends & families from faraway can enjoy the Cherry Blossom Festival (http://www.nationalcherryblossomfestival.org/ ) . We also chose this location because it is easy to travel via airplane or train , since we have teams travelling as far as Michigan, Purdue, and University of Chicago in the past. Similar to years past , in order to reserve a spot for the tournament a deposit is needed at this time .

For anyone who did not play in the NECBL before in the past 7 years, the total fees ( for court , referees , and trophies ) are split by all the participating teams ; NECBL does not keep any monies . During the day of the tournament , a secondary check will be be given to the organizers to cover the remaining balance that is not covered by the initial deposit (of $75) .
