Of those who did graduate, half returned to China to find jobs. In total, about 70% of Chinese university graduates returned to China to look for jobs. Where are the gaps between the skills Chinese graduates possess and what the employers look for? And, what can you do to avoid these mistakes, starting today? In this one-hour workshop, international business consultant and career coach, Joy Huang, will help the participants to learn from the top mistakes Chinese students and young professionals make in the U.S. Based on her 18 years of experience in the U.S. working and consulting for mid to large size U.S. and multinational companies, Joy will highlight the biggest issues confronting aspiring Chinese young professionals.
