Programming
Coordinators 影展策划专员

Programming About
the Position: We're looking for Programming
Coordinators, responsible in coordinating all Judges (for first and final round
of reviews) and Guests data, may have to collaborate with Marketing Committee,
since both teams have contact lists running. Coordinate all panel topics
planning, and have to make sure all materials are prepared and compiled ---
including contact lists, proposal for sponsorship, timeline, and that we have
Chinese and English versions of everything. This
position offers very flexible hours and opportunities to work and communicate
with the DCCFF programming team. Programmers will watch film entries in both
individual and collective environments. Please note this is an unpaid volunteer
opportunity, but you'll be treated as festival staff - meaning credit on
festival website/print program, and unrestricted access to all festival events
(including film screenings, panels, opening and closing parties and various
networking happy hours). You'll have the pleasure to work with a diverse &
fun group of people, plus opportunities to meet and mingle with filmmakers and
festival guests. Internship Credit/OPT is available.

Business
Development Manager 业务拓展经理
Team:
Marketing The
primary role of the Business Development Manager is to prospect for 2016 DCCFF
new clients/partners/sponsors by networking, cold calling, advertising or other
means of generating interest from potential clients. Main job functions include
but are not limited to plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will
convince potential partners/sponsors to do business with the company; grow and
retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
He/she may manage the activities of others responsible for developing business
for DCCFF. This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, the
solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.
Start date is as soon as possible. Benefits: It’s an unpaid position. The BD
gets to attend all festival events. Financial appreciation would be offered to
all volunteers depending on the performance of the festival. You will also have
chances to meet and work together with top Chinese directors, filmmakers, and
scholars.

business liaison Specialist for DC Chinese Film Festival will be responsible

donations/sponsorship, special events planning and execution. , Hours:

Videographer/Video

editors/videographers to work on our DCCFF videos. We have lots of videos
incoming from film submissions and we need to edit video clips and make some
short videos for our opening ceremony, closing ceremony, theme forums, festival
commercials or other events. Please note this is an unpaid volunteer
opportunity, but you'll be treated as festival staff - meaning credit on the
website/print program, and unrestricted access to all festival events
(including film screenings, panels, opening and closing parties and various
networking happy hours). You'll have the pleasure to work with a diverse group
of talented & fun people, plus opportunities to meet and mingle with
filmmakers and festival guests. This role is ideal for current student or
recent graduates who is hoping to grow professionally and build his/her
portfolio. Internship credit or OPT is available. Essential
Functions & Responsibilities: 2 Edit video and audio clips. 2 Format clips and packages for
use on DCCFF website. 2 Format clips and packages for
distribution to the media and other users. Qualifications: 2 Familiar with video editing
