【公寓位置和配置】
公寓在66和Jermantown Rd交界（如下图），3层公寓的2楼。
短租从23年12月中或1月初开始，到24年3月12日结束。不上lease。
2b1b，920ft, 有阳台，室内配有垃圾桶，洗衣机，干衣机。无家具。

GMU Fairfax - 15 min drive/30 min bus

公寓有自己的健身房，公寓对面是County的rec center。十分便宜+便利！

公寓门口有公交。停车免费。

【房租】
整租1800/月，水电网自付。
