Features new flooring, newly renovated full bathroom and kitchenett, full size fridge and washer-dryer combo machine. It has two bedrooms, the bigger one can be your spacious bedroom, and the smaller one is perfect for a home office or an entertainment room. Both rooms have closets and windows. Kitchenett area includes enough dining space.
Location is very convenient. Very close to public transportation such as the Herndon metro, IAD and bus lines. The Amazon, Google and Microsoft offices are all less than 5 miles away.
One occupancy is strongly preferred, and a couple is considerable, but NO more than 2 people. Must be working professional with stable income.
Rental is $1700/month for one occupancy, or $1800/month for a couple. Utilities are included. One month's rent as security deposit required at lease signing. $55 (non-refundable) for background check, credit report and reference check. NO SMOKING, NO DRUGS, NO PETS, NO PARTY.
