Bus stop, grocery store, restaurants, parks and trails aroundthe corner.

Room:Furnished (not yet included in the pictures) room available starting April 12in single family home. New carpet and new paint for the entire house. Newlyrenovated kitchen. $800 for 1st floor room with shared bathroom (2rooms available). $950 for 2nd floor master bedroom with private ensuitebathroom. Rent includes water, sewage, trash and internet but not gas andelectricity. One person per room please. Three people share the kitchen. Washerand dryer in house. On-street parking available.

Ideal tenant:Long term lease preferred. No smoking, no pets, no drugs, no parties.
