抱歉打扰不感兴趣的同学, 寻找女性室友~

公寓位于1817 N Quinn st, Arlington, VA, 22209 Crestmont
apartment。是Rosslyn附近公寓中性价比非常高的一个公寓。

-步行五分钟到达rosslyn地铁站和38b等汽车站
-步行五分钟可以到达乔治城大学rosslyn车站
-步行1分钟到乔治城大学arlington loop车站
-步行五分钟到达Safeway超市,CVS, 购物方便。也离Rosslyn附近的一些好吃的餐馆如Pho, Cafe Asia等十分的近。

公寓房间为两室一厅一卫的结构。
要出租的是客厅和小卧室,  客厅宽敞明亮,有两个大窗户, 客厅目前已经被完整隔开成独立空间,不会被卧室的人打扰。且客厅有自己的closet。
小卧室有一个窗户和一个closet。结构可以见图片~
目前大卧室住的在GU的上学。平时白天都要上学,作息规律，很好相处。希望找两位负责任，爱干净的女性舍友。

出租时间: 五月中下旬开始, 长租或者短租皆可。
客厅价格暂定500刀,  小卧室620刀，包括所有utilities, 但是网费需要另付,

- 5 mins walking to Rosslyn Georgetown University Shuttle

- 1 mins walking to Arlington Georgetown University Shuttle

- 5 mins walking  to Rosslyn metro station and circulator bus, 38B ,
4A, 4B etc.

- 4  mins walking  to Safeway Supermarket, CVS and restaurants

-  Rent is $500 for living room and $620 for bedroom including utilities except Internet  *Negotiable*

- Lease start date: Mid May
