Anyone who is looking for super close to JHU and dupont circle. You can literally see JHU from the window of the apartment (about 3-4minutes walk). I am planning to rent an 1BD apartment (only female please!) and you can pay $950 for the living room. If you are interested in, I can send you some photos and videos that I took.
I am also looking into different good quality apartments as well in DC area. The price range for either living room or private room would be possibly from 900-1200. I can also look into 2BD apartments if you are interested in private room as well.
