The townhouse is located between the Dunn Loring Metro and Tyson's Corner mall, close to 495, the Dulles Toll Rd and interstate 66. Short drive to Falls Church, Fairfax, Annandale, Merrifield, Tyson's and Vienna.
Rent is $602.50 plus split utilities which include water, electricity, and tv/internet. Utilities avg around $100 a month per person.
