标题: Form 1是啥？没看懂
Upon your arrival, obtain and complete a Form 1, Graduate Program of Studies Form, in consultation with your academic advisor. The Form 1 is the basis for determining your eligibility to graduate upon completion of your program and a copy will be placed on file in your student record in your department. If you find it necessary to change your program, you must consult with your academic advisor and execute a new Form 1.

他的意思是我到了学校问我的学术顾问要？还是说我现在直接发邮件要就可以？

单从文字上说，upon you arrival，那是说你一到就要填写这个东西，那应该是要找导师咨询下吧。
是只有CS有么？我没收到这个邮件诶。

我是上周收到录取通知书变更的信息，然后发现多了这条，然后我的prof也变了

我特意登陆了下application account，没有这些东西.....prof变了？好神秘的大海院......

应该不会是嫌弃，我的professor也变了，是因为刚开始那个advisor是随便指派的，后来变成我的导师了。
