Full time Accounting Manager/Operation Manager - Can consider sponsorship of H1 and green card
In charge of Accounts payable for all Premiere Realty and Pinehills Properties partner company expense payment, Accounting Summary and Operation
Contact Tenant, Property managers, and contractors to coordinate the property renovation and construction
Project management of New home construction and coordination with County, builder and engineers.
Schedule and arrange meeting and site visit with all necessary department for oversea investors, which including bank, county, builder, engineering, etc...
Assist with PPT and project presentation for Pinehills Project manager in terms of marketing materials for related real estate project and construction communities.
Coordinate or help with the settlement processing or closings, as well as title search and post closing follow up.
Arrange business seminar, educational training and networking platforms for all Pinehills Properties related investors and parties.
