Hey 各位新老朋友，Tim的新居又来招租啦！上一位学长的反馈相信大家也都看到啦，口碑自然不用多说，下面简单介绍下：
Tim是GWU的在读研究生，EE专业，目前住在卧室，正等待一名幸运的客厅住户。客厅包含一间walk-in closet和一间Linen closet（其实是放工具和洗衣用品的~），有很大的窗户，能看到楼下的游泳池和远处的别墅区，一眼望去满眼的绿色，视野很好。另外住10楼不会担心噪音，房间里也有很好的制冷和供暖设施，上两层就是健身房，下到B层有洗衣房，非常方便。

公寓周边：Crystal house周边有VA和DC最大的购物中心群(Macy, Nordstrom, Fashion Center ex.)，以及很多大型的食品、床具和厨房用品超市, 最远距离也只需一站地铁~

Hey, every old friends and freshers! My name's Tim, Looking for a Lucky guy to rent the living room of a 1B1B apartment of Crystal House in VA. I am a master student of GWU, majoring in Electrical Engineering and I'm living in the bedroom now. Let me introduce this really good apartment to you~
Living Room is on 10th, having one walk-in closet, one linen closet, big windows where you can see ourswimming pool and a beautiful rich area. We have excellent greening and plenty of parking space and a gym two floors above us. In addition, the room also has very convenient air conditioning system.

Transportation: Only 5 minutes to the Crystal City Metro Station (blue&yellow line) by walking! You even do not need to change metro lines to visit the famous White House, ChinaTown and George Washington University.
Shopping: There are the biggest shopping malls (Macy, Nordstrom, Fashion Center ex.) of VA&DC located around Crystal House and we get Harries Teeter, Costco and Bed&Bath Beyond around us, only 1 metro station at most!
