本人男 GWU ee新生，爱卫生，安静，好相处。

the paramount apartment 2b2b 找两至三名室友合租新开lease，距离crystal city地铁站5分多钟的步行距离，从公寓到GW大约20分钟。公寓官网http://www.theparamountapt.com/

整套房价格是 12个月lease每月2454，14个月lease每月2379，

房租分配与住卧室还是客厅都可以商量.

最早8月25日可以入住。
