You have the option to rent the whole unit, or just the private bedroom, or just the living room (separated by a professionally designed screen divider) Foggy Bottom / GWU campus (located at 24th St. and Virginia Ave.). The rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, gas, etc.) and Internet. The bedroom comes with a full-size bed, a sturdy and comfortable couch (which can be used as a full-size bed as well), desks with chairs and a bookshelf. The living room has a full size bed and L-shaped computer desk. The rest of the apartment is furnished with a dining table (with 4 chairs), a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a toaster, a hot water kettle and a fully equipped kitchen.
