Dear Zhixing :
Congratulations on being accepted to the Fall 2012 M.S. Biomedical Engineering program. We are looking forward in meeting you.
We would like to remind you to save the date for our upcoming New Student Orientation. Visit our Admitted Students Next Steps and our Fall 2012 Orientation site for more information about meeting your faculty, staff, and your fellow classmates on August 19, 2012 from 9:30am-5:00pm. As the date approaches you will receive another email with instructions on how to register for the event. All new students are highly encouraged to attend orientation. The International Services Office (ISO) will also be hosting a 3 day long orientation during the week of August 20, 2012 that is mandatory for new international students to attend.
Please note that August 19, 2012 is before your official reporting date that is stated on your I-20 form (August 20, 2012 is the day you must check in at GW by). Please keep this in mind as you reserve your transportation to DC.
