In her early 30s - nice, calm, and spends a lot of time at work (law firm), plus doesn't like to cook, so you'd get the whole kitchen to yourself!
Other Important Details:
-Apartment available immediately (I'm getting married and moving out!)
-Landlady is extremely responsive and understanding throughout the 4 years I've lived here... and has not once raised the rent!
-First 2 months rent are discounted by $150, bringing rent down to $950.
-Normal rent is a bargain for the area - $1,100/month and this includes an off-street parking space and all utilities except internet!
-For those who like to run or bike, it's easy access to Iwo Jima Memorial park and the Mount Vernon trail, plus there is a bike room available (no extra fee) to store your bike.
