现RiverHouse1400的2B1B客厅招租。八月新开lease，预期12个月。公寓距离地铁站5分钟，4站抵达学校。周围有Harris Teeter和Costco超市，Fashion center，Macy's和Nordstorm商场，商场一楼有各种快餐小吃，很方便。公寓对面还有一片餐馆，步行距离全部在10分钟之内。
公寓配有健身房，洗衣房，十分安全、安静。室友是两名研二统计学长，安静讲卫生，平常互不干扰。
客厅600刀/月，不含水、电、网。我们在这里住了一年，觉得很好所以决定继续住这里。
