暑假短租啦！我美国朋友的房子暑期短租啦！在地理位置极佳的Georgetown哦！

房型： 1B1B的房型。1 bedroom apartment in Glover Park （公寓名称）

地址：4101 W St. NW Washington, DC

房租：$1500/month, all utilities included（包含所有的用具）

高速网络：High speed internet included, but no cable

短租时间从5月22日－8月21日，Available May 22 - August 21

包含所有的家具，拎包入住哦！Fully furnished (I will leave all furniture and cookware)

家里没有宠物的，放心入住 No pets

Subletter will pay Kathryn directly

附近的车站：Around the corner from a D2 bus stop, which takes you to Dupont Circle (Red Line)

走路可以到以下车站，非常方便 Walking distance from 31/33/30N/30S bus stop (goes downtown)

附近有方便的生活超市等：Walking distance from Whole Foods, Starbucks, Chipotle, CVS, and lots of restaurants方便生活哦！
