本人在tysons工作，因工作原因九月份要搬去加州，现在想找人继续我的lease （非sublease，租房者将于房东签lease）我会负责在搬出后请专业人员来打扫房子。出租时间从九月中下旬开始。有意者请与我联系，安排看房时间。

If anyone interested would like to decide to rent the condo by end of Aug. 1st month rent will be reduced by $500 :)
