We have a large master bedroom available in an apartment in Rosslyn, Virginia starting September 28th. The rent will be $1150 per month, and females are preferred. Utilities, including internet and cable, run up to about $80 per person per month. You will have two big walk-in-closets and your own bathroom.
The apartment(common area only) is furnished and has a spacious living room. The rooftop has been one of my favorite hangout places looking over the Capitol, the Potomac and Georgetown neighborhood. Without a doubt, the location and the view of D.C. from the building's rooftop, especially on the 4th of July, can't be beat! CVS, Safeway, Chipotle, Starbucks, Target, Wholefood, Trader Joe's and Bank of America are just right around the corner! You'll also get to enjoy plenty of restaurant choices in the neighborhood!We also have 24-hr concierge in the building with shared amenities including gym on the highest floor, swimming pool and social center.
You will be sharing the apartment with two super friendly housemates: one is a student of GWU and one a Harvard grad now working for the Fed. government. Both are very nice, responsible and respect other's privacy and space. We would like to find someone who is friendly, outgoing, and clean. I would be happy to share pictures and answer questions for anyone who's interested.
