标题: Crystal House 2B2B客厅拎包入住 $750+Utilities
Crystal House 2B2B 客厅招租。希望能17年一月中旬搬入（早一点晚一点也可以），租到17年8月29号。月租$750，水电费取决于季节，在$60到$100之间。

两个室友一个中国妹子，一个韩国(ABK)妹子，人都很nice. 家里有打印机扫描仪、洗衣机、烘衣机、电视机。厨房用具一应俱全。

从Crystal House出发，5分钟能到Crystal City Metro（蓝线和黄线）以及一个比较集中的公交站，15-20分钟能走到Costco、Whole Foods和Pentagon City Mall.

关于家具，如果要保留的话一次性$400（原价一共$700左右）. 包括：

（除了最后的桌子是两年前买的，其他都是今年夏天才买的。）
