Dunn Loring 地铁站附近公寓，招主卧室友，上lease（从一月起），可提前入住。由于这是sublease，所以便宜，而且决定继续租时，我又和 leasing office 商量让他们以去年的价格给我。房子总价$1545, 实际价格 $1700+.

介绍：1. 5-10min 步行至地铁站，很适合GMU,GWU, 和DC 上班族居住；
      2. 小区配有健身房和室外游泳池，免费停车位；
      3. 地铁站旁边就是Harris Teeter，可步行至大中华，H-Mart，target， Mosaic District (很繁华，餐馆多，电影院）
      4. 总之就是非常方便
