Hi all,

A large living room(24'4"X16') in a one-bedroom apartment in Columbia Plaza(Diplomat) will be available at the end of November, 2012 for $1200/month. Allow for 2 persons.

The floor plan of the apt:

- Utilities included except Internet.
- 24-hour Fitness Facility.
- 5 minutes walk to Foggy bottom metro station.
- 24 hours front desk and security for the apt.
- Laundry Facilities available on each floor.
