卧室有walk-in closet, 有独立卫生间，公寓是3B3B，和另外两个妹纸共享的部分包括客厅，餐厅，厨房，洗衣机和烘干机。楼里有健身房，游戏室，会议间，烧烤bar（室外），小型影院等等。
位置离Ballston Metro Station步行11分钟（妹纸速度），对面有bus公交站，周围一应俱全，超市7-11，Harris Teeter, 各种餐厅，中餐Hunan Gate, 商场Macy's，Ballston Shopping Mall（有电影院），等等。
5月7号入住，最晚不超过15号，价格1025刀每月，加水电网80刀左右每月。带地下车库，50刀每月。

A spacious bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in closet is available in a 3B3B apartment unit located within 11 minutes walking distance to the Ballston Metro Station. You will share the kitchen, living room, dining room, and washer/dryer with two female roommates.

The building is an upscale apartment with amenities including fitness center, game room, community room, business center, outdoor grille, and theater room. There are also restaurants, grocery stores, and a shopping mall nearby, such as bars, Starbucks, Ballston Common Mall with a cinema, CVS, Macy's, Freshbikes, Gold's Gym, and Harris Teeter. Orange/Sliver metro lines and plenty of bus lines also provide convenient transportation options.

Move-in date: May 7, no later than May 15.
Rent: $1,025 per month, plus utilities (electricity, water and internet).
Garage Parking: $50 per month.
Application+credit check: $75.
No moving in fee.
