附近有pentagon fashion center，costco，bestbuy等，还有24小时便利店Harris Teeter，距离地铁站7分钟路程，距离GWU，地铁只需15分钟，生活非常方便。
卧室带有一个超大closet，还有12楼超棒风景。楼内设施齐全，有健身房，洗衣房，游泳池，烧烤架，周围环境优美，绿化率高，治安良好。
舍友2个男生都来是GWU研一的cs专业，平常生活作息良好，都喜欢健身。客厅有大屏风隔断，不会有任何影响。厨房各类家具都齐全，可以直接使用。只需要自己购买卧室内的家具。
水电气网每月3人平摊。
