Please note that spaces being rented include one bedroom, private bathroom and kitchen/ dining area, but no other spaces/common areas throughout the house are being shared.
Location: The house is located at north of Gaithersburg. The townhouse is located 1 mile way from Seneca Creek State Park, 2 miles away from NIST, 0.7 miles away from Giant; 1.7 miles away from Starbucks and walking distance to Shoppers and Seven-Eleven 24 hr store. Ride on bus 61 stop in front of the house go to shady grove metro or Germantown, bus stops to metro or Germantown are right in front of the house.
The roommate is a young professional working in medical area and she is easy going, respectful, clean and quiet.
Lease term: month to month flexible lease term
