We are looking for a female roommate in a 3BR/1BA apartment to sign a year-lease for November 1st. The apartment is one block from the Woodley Park Metro and close to Rock Creek Park. It is also close to the National Zoo and Woodley Park restaurants. Easy walk to Adams Morgan, Cleveland Park and Dupont Circle. The apartment is along the 96 bus route which will take you right to U Street and Union Station. The room is spacious, has beautiful light and is on the top-floor of a corner apartment on a quiet tree-lined street. The kitchen and bathroom were newly remodeled last October. The building also has a roof-top deck and gym facilities.
We are both friendly people who have busy schedules, but like hanging out when we can. We keep the apartment relatively quiet and peaceful throughout the week. We are a 27 yo female professional who works in healthcare, enjoys meditation and yoga, and spends time hiking, exploring other hobbies and cooking on the weekend; and a 25 yo female professional who works for the government and travels quite often.
