Potomac Tower最大的1B1B的客厅招租，现在已有基本家具，从6月15号起可以拎包入住。合约明年6月15号左右到期，长短租皆可，时间可以商量。
公寓有24hr 门卫、前台，有健身房，单车房，每一层楼都有洗衣房。详细的房间信息可以上网查看Potomac Tower Apartment 的网站。
不签约入住每月675 + 水电暖/2（40左右)；一周$190 ；一天$30。签约入住每月650，平摊unitilies。
楼主去年刚研究生毕业，性格开朗，爱整洁，好相处。希望能找到同样爱干净，开朗的女生一起合租。感兴趣可以加微信联系看房或照片~
