The apartment is two bedrooms with den and one bathroom. Rent will be 450 +utilities(negotiable) for den (size is 11'*15'), the large bedroom, small bedroom and living room are occupied by three GWU female students respectively, so we prefer females to take the den. Move-in date is around the end of December.
