标题: 阳光大床房转租，一月份开始
突然决定回国，房子空闲（租期到18年7月份），地点在post tysons Corner。简直是小区里最完美的房型。两人间，两个卧室都有独立卫生间，卧室分别在公寓的两端，中间隔着客厅（所以互相不会干扰！），朝东的大窗户（在美帝多么的难得，找了好久才找到），如果偶尔怕光线光线影响休息也没有关系，我已经装上了窗帘。房间宽敞，房型合理，室友靠谱！欢迎感兴趣的同学联系我，提供照片，欢迎来看房。
因为住的时间短，什么都很干净，同时由于走的匆忙，很多日常用具和各种消耗品都带不走，随即赠送给租客。
家具都是今年7月份新买的，也愿意折价转手，租客可以优先低价接收。

有室内停车场，非常方便（费用已经付清，可以免费送给租客），健身房等各种福利设施齐全且新。

It's 5 min drive or 20 min walk to Tysons Corner Metro station.
It's the price for a bedroom. You'll live with a roommate.
