Claridge House 1b1b 卧室招租，男女不限。Claridge在GWU附近；离GWU-Foggy Bottom地铁站步程五分钟。Claridge的设施比较全面，有健身房、大的Common Room、24小时前台、Business Center和游泳池（三月到十月开放）。

公寓是以前房东自己住的，所以装修齐全还有实木地板，包水电气。卧室家具齐全可直接入住。

本月十号下午就可入住。现在签的合同到明年10月20号有效。

室友是个男生，从Georgetown毕业，有full-time的工作。平时很安静也很爱清洁。
