标题: River Place East 11th floor招女生厅长！
本人是18Fall的女生，希望能找一个可以合租River Place 的1B1B户型的房子。

本人生活习惯比较老套，作息规律，不爱开趴，自理能力很强，所以希望未来的舍友爱干净，能够自觉保持公共空间的卫生状况，不吵不闹。比较自律的朋友们可以和我邮箱联系，也可以留下微信联系。如果有已经在River Place的朋友，想找室友的话也可以邮箱联系我/留下微信都可以。其他的位置如Foggy Bottom 或者GU周围的朋友们想找舍友也可以联系我

目前有River Place的房主联系我，个人目前感觉比较满意，希望找一位和我合租的女生来住客厅。价格稍后可以分别向现房主沟通。
现在房主对租户的要求我也po在下面：

I am looking for 2 girl students (GU or GWU or JHS) to sign up my 1B1B unit starting 08/01/2018. I expect both to sign up 1-year lease (till 07/31/2019).

The unit is about 600 square feet, so one will take the bedroom and the other will take the living room, the kitchen and bathroom will be shared.

Water, Gas, Electric, Trash Removal is included in the monthly rent.

if you plan to take the bedroom the rent will be $950/month.

if you plan to take the living room, the rent will be $850/month.

房子是已经furnish的了，至少帖主看到的图片都是已经装修了的。
