我在ISO买了一个保险，点进去需要填写自己的个人信息，填了GW之后会自动冒出来一个A GW University Plan, 我仔细看了一下，pre-existing condition也是6个月以后才cover的。但既然policy上面写的是Conformity Plan for International Students attending George Washington University...应该可以吧？？？就我本科时候的经验，学校说是强制的，但其实根本不查，waive的时候也从来没有遇到过问题。
目前的问题是：
试图waive的时候填了GWid之后系统总说

目前我ebill里面是还没有保险的费用的，不过学校的网站上面说的是：The students listed above will automatically be enrolled in Aetna Student Health Insurance plan with an option to opt-out on the hard waiver website through Aetna Student Health which is available until January 31, 2013.
Aetna的网站上面说的是： If you do not waive coverage, you will be automatically enrolled in the George Washington University plan and the applicable premium will remain on your Student Account. Once you use the plan OR if you do not waive the plan by February 15, 2013 you will be covered for the remainder of the 2012-2013 academic year and the plan cannot be cancelled.
（关于2月15号的deadline，我打电话去Aetna问了，说2月15号是针对returning student的。我是新生，所以deadline是1月31号）
