I have a 1b1b locates in Virginia Square Tower. I'm soon leaving this area and I'm looking for someone that can take over my lease from Mid-June to Mid-November 2018. (The rent is $1910, not including utility). You will need to take over the rest of my lease and pay the rent on a regular basis for six months.
