Just finish the remodel of a single house in Fairfax city (22030), 0.8 mile to George Mason University Fairfax Campus about 4 mins by driving, 7mins by bicycle or 15mins by walking. Easy to take CUE green and gold lines. Close to Starbucks, Restaurants, Library, Safeway, Aldi, H-mart etc.

Suitable for GMU, Nova and DC area nonsmoking students or working professionals.

Basic furnitures available to use and Free Wifi internet. Free Laundry, free parking.

Big, medium, small rooms available to choose or rent total 3 bedrooms.

Both short term and long term are ok.
