Crystal city的豪华新公寓Mflats 大卧转租。

地理位置：

走路3分钟就到crystal city地铁站，到dc上班上学十分便利。10分钟内步行有pentagon fashion center， Costco，whole foods, CVS 等商场，饭店也很多，生活十分便利。

公寓设施：

公寓非常新，17年竣工。有24小时健身房和前台，还提供免费打印，免费咖啡、茶。公寓设施齐全，有study room, rooftop泳池和烧烤的地方。户型是2b2b中的大卧，因为是corner unit，客厅和房间都有大窗户，十分明亮，室内有洗衣机烘干机，中央空调温度可自由调节。客厅是实木地板，卧室是地毯，又舒适，又好打扫。大卧有独立卫生间，walk-in closet。

室友：

客厅没有住人，小卧妹子刚毕业在DC工作，生活规律，非常安静。

租期：

本月底即可入住，明年七月中旬lease到期。想续租的话可以跟室友商量。

租金：

整套房子的租金是$2875+$10垃圾处理费，现降价转租$1300/月。水电网平摊，每人一个月30-40左右。
