Houseis located on south lake drive, bus stop, parks,swimming poor and tennis court are all within walk distance (Metro is 20min walk if you'd like to, or you can takea bus).

You will be sharing the house with a working professional who lives downstairs (male, GWU graduate from China), Rentis $975 with one-year lease required & one-month deposit in place, parking/utility (wifi,electricity, water) included, (may consider six-month lease with $1000/m rent.)

Pakring on-site, No pets, no smoker, pls
