性价比全包卧室招租，房间崭新干净，内有洗衣机和烘干机，提供床，寫字台凳子及基本傢俱拎包即可入住。共用洗手間廚房，廚房提供基本家電，鍋碗瓢盆。

房租可月付。包含水、电、网、有线电视， parking等全部费用。
房子交通非常方便，步行3分鐘到達巴士站，乘坐巴士5分鐘直達Van Dorn Metro，开车5分钟上495
房子附近有 CVS, Harris Teeter, Giant超市，星巴，及各种餐馆.
房租只需要房租只需要 $700短租, $655 长租!!!
