I am subletting our whole 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment,I bought a house in the DC metropolitan area and we are moving out inearly-July. The rent of our currentapartment is to September 6th. The start date of your sublease can be flexible.

We pay $1,650 per month and we are asking you for only$1,499 / Month. All utilities + internet included! Laundry in the unit. Thepicture shows the current home but we will move out some furniture with us. Wewill leave you with a study desk, some chairs, a sofa bed, so you are able tomove in and settle down immediately.

Walking distance to Silver Spring Metro station (0.3 miles),downtown silver spring (0.2 miles), walk to many restaurants at this location.

Amenities: Swiming pool, 24-hour concierge, quiet room,security front door system, balcony
