现有lease 八月底到期，原室友搬走，现寻新室友。

Condo在muddy brunch road，距离NIST， MEDI很近，周围有韩国超市， giant。3 分钟可以上270.

房租$1675一个月，两个人平分，一起上lease。每个月水电网费在$100 左右，parking充裕免费。

房间自带full bath，内部空间充足。在这里住了一年，感觉还不错。
