Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate or two recent grads/young professionals to sign a new lease beginning by February 28 (flexible).
I found an apartment--the Mondrian--that I like in Logan Circle, with a 2-month rent-free special offer for a 14-month lease (ending soon). The building has a 24/7 concierge desk and great amenities including saunas, rooftop gym, roof terrace; and the unit has a washer and dryer and up-to-date kitchen appliances. The apartment is centrally located on N St NW & 12 St NW and is close to all metro lines--closest to Mt. Vernon Square (0.5 mi), McPherson Square (0.6 mi), and Farragut North (0.8 mi). Multiple grocery stores nearby, including Trader joe's, Giant, Whole Foods.
Cost: (listing ones I found online)
Assigned Garage Parking: $125
Water, Trash Removal Included
Application Fee: $55
Deposit ($500/each pending confirmation)
Option 1:(Video of the apt)
Two stories, 3B2B $3750 (room price ranges from $1200 - $1350)
Prorated price (with 2 months free): $3215 ($1029 - $1157)
1st floor: dining room, the kitchen and the living room
2nd floor: bedrooms and bathrooms
I’m also open to other options near Logan Circle. Ideally, I would like: metro stops within walking distance, washer/dryer in unit, and fitness center in the building. My budget is $1000-1200; can go higher depending on the location/apartment amenities.
A little bit about me: I recently graduated from GW and currently work at an international development consulting company. I work out and I enjoy the outdoors. Pre-covid, I liked to go to bars, restaurants, movies, and to travel. I hope I can get back to it when COVID is under control. I also like cooking sometimes--whether or not I’m good is up to you, though.
If you’re interested in signing a lease together, please feel free to contact me.
