• Process loan applications and issue disclosure forms as required by regulatory authorized.
• Check loan applications for completeness and ensure the loan processing is complete, accurate and meet regulatory requirement.
• Contact and coordinate with borrowers, investors, title/insurance agents and other involved parties to ensure completeness and timely close of the loan.
