Hi all, looking for someone to move in ASAP. I'm subletting my fully furnished room towards August in Georgetown/Glover Park area.
Spacious private room with your own bath downstairs.
The other 2 housemates in the 3 br 2 baths townhouse are graduate students(1 girl, 1 guy all very laidback) at Georgetown.
If interested please email me a bit about yourself and any questions you have.
You can take over the lease from 3/12/2017--8/15/2017, move in date is flexible. There's potential to renew the lease after that with landlord.
Security deposit: $1000 no exception.
Utilities are not included but normally rounds up to $70-90/person per month.
I will leave all furnitures in the room except the TV, you can buy the TV too.
Neighborhood:
Great location 5 blocks to Georgetown Campus, 1.5 miles to American University, 1.5 miles to GWU
Whole foods, CVS, Starbucks, all kinds of restaurants and bars in 3 min walking
Safeway in 7 min walking
Metro Bus by foot step takes you to Dupont, Downtown, White House, anywhere in DC.
