IDC Customer Service Representative (Recruiting 6 people)  
Technical Support Specialist/ Junior Systems Administrator
Job Description:
  • Receive and handle clients/customers questions and concerns, and coordinate with IDC Engineer to process related problems
  • Mediate between different departments to have efficient working conditions
  • Reply to customers and asking for feedback of service provided
  • Workstation troubleshooting
  • Ability to add/delete users to and from domain
  • Ability to custom build servers and load the Operating System
  • Have knowledge of Firewalls, Routers and Switches (installing updates and configuring)
  • Have knowledge of IP and Subnetting protocols

Location: Herndon, VA
Personal Requirements:
  • Junior/College degree or above (preferably computer related fields)
  • Computer related degree / or 1+ years of computer related experience, and familiar with Windows system, centos system and tbuntn system
  • Works well with people, good team coordination, responsible, and a gentle personality


You will be asked to demonstrate your technical abilities during the technical interview portion of our interview process

*Previous work experiences are given priority, and qualified employees will be eligible for promotion opportunities

IDC Customer service (招聘人数:6人)
工作内容:
1、接收客户提交的问题、并协调IDC Engineer处理相关问题
2、衔接各部门之间高效工作
3、回访客户对公司产品使用情况
4、解决工作站出现的问题
5、能够在系统上添加/删除用户
6、能够建服务器并开启操作系统
7、了解防火墙,路由器和交换机(安装更新和配置)
8、了解 IP 和网络协议

工作地点:Herndon, VA

个人要求:
  • 大专或大专以上文凭, 会英语和中文 (我们客服不是只接电话,主要是即使聊天工具和系统使用)

2、计算机专业或 有计算机使用经验,熟悉Windows, centos 与tbuntn 系统
3、有团队协作精神与协调能力、有责任心、性格温和,有上进心,刻苦勤劳

*面试的时候,会有一个技术试部分
*有工作经验优先, 合适着提供晋升机会
