We are seeking for one roommate, who are clean and friendly, for the house at 6716 Renita Lane, Bethesda, MD 20817.
The other roommates are professionals working in Bethesda and Rockville. They are very nice and respectful.
It's a great location:
3 mins drive to get on either 270 or 495;
10 mins drive to Medical Center Metro station;
5 mins drive to the shopping center (grocery, restaurants, banks, etc.).
Bus stops are walking distance.
Rent: $600/mo
Utilities + Internet: roughly $80/mo
Move in dates are flexible, sometimes in May.
