Looking for a female roommate (Prefer female student or female professionals). One big new living room (almost a Private Room) will be available on November 1. You can live here at least four months or longer. We share bathroom, kitchen and the lobby. This big room has all furniture: bed, table, chairs, sofa, TV, floor lap. Right now one female professional (very quiet) lives in the bed room. In the kitchen there are microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator and many closets. In the bathroom there are new washing machine and new dryer machine. All of furniture (utilities) are new.
This apartment is very close to Court House Metro Station (7-10 minutes walking to Court House Metro Station-Orange Line/Silver Line). A lot of restaurant and grocery stores are very close by this apartment. Also only two metro stops from Court house metro station to GWU and GMU.
Every month the rent fee is $830 plus utilities fee (Internet, cable, water, electricity) around $70 or less each person per month. (It depends on how much we use for the utilities each month.) We share the utilities fee together every month. So the total fee will be around $900. Sorry, no pet. If you are satisfied this room and decide to move in, before moving in this room, total rent fee ($900 security deposit fee plus November rent fee) will be paid.
