房东人现在国内呢。你自己打电话（01 5880 7586）问吧。Chris好像只是个房客，我试了几次了，都不接电话。我只是替人家发帖，不负责代办出租的事情。

Edited contact information and added picture of house exterior. I know this house and its owners - very nice family who are working in China now. They need to rent out the house room by room to cover their costs. But their rent is priced relatively lower than the market to help Chinese students.

更新了看房联系电话。租房方面的问题请跟房东询问（北京电话）。房东明年夏天会回DC工作，所以最长租住一年。
