My friend and I are looking for a responsible, chill, non-smoking individual to join our home on 15th and O Street for a six months lease (minimum) starting on June 1st 2015. The apartment is located between Dupont Circle and Logan Circle. We are very hard workers and enjoy grabbing some gelato and walking around the neighborhood on our off time. We are looking forward to meeting you and welcoming you to our home.

We are in our mid-twenties, one male and one female, who work in the financial sector.

Your room is Gorgeous, sunlit/bright, in an unbeatable downtown location. It is 9x12', carpeted, with a closet. You will have a private full bathroom, with washer/dryer we all share. The apartment has a fully furnished kitchen and large common area. Part of the common area has been converted into a work/sleep space.

The building was constructed in 2001 and has bright, spacious units with 10 foot ceilings and 7 foot high windows.
